I've tried several kinds of grabbers in my time and these grabbers are some of the best I've ever had. I've already used them several times and they are so handy for a variety of grabbing needs. I mostly used them to pick things up that I've dropped when my back has debilitating pain, but I have easily and effectively picked up glass bottles, papers and magazines, flimsy pieces of plastic, even a tiny USB AC adapter plug that had fallen into a narrow crevice that I wouldn't have been able to reach even if my back wasn't hurt. The grip was solid and reliable and didn't damage anything I grabbed with it, even a sheet of tissue paper. The whole grabber is sturdier than most I've owned and holds up well. So far it seems pretty durable as well and having 2 means I don't have to carry it all over the house, though its ability to fold up is handy for taking one with me in case I need it out and about. Overall, I am impressed with these grabbers and may even get more to stash in more places around the house. -Possibly in other colors because they come in several colors and have such affordable prices! ... show more

This was listed as a hip kit but I used it for helping with a need that had been replaced. The Grabber tool is so amazing to help pick up things. The shoehorn could have been a little bit longer but usable. The tool to help lift your leg is really great to help put a pillow under your knee by lifting your leg when you can't do it yourself. The tool to put on your socks it's just so amazing that you wished you would have had one so much sooner. It is so quick and easy to use. There is also a tool to help with putting on a jacket or pulling up the clothing which may be usable for some people. This is a great grabber. I may purchase more to have on hand. I have purchased other grabbers but this one seems more sturdy and I was even able to pick up a penny with it today. It also works well for picking up small nails with the magnet. Love it!

The bath scrubber wasn't a 'sponge', but a length of plastic netting glued in one spot to the opposite side of the brush. The netting pulled off during the first (only) use and the plastic handle was very light weight.
