Update: Immediately upon reporting my issues with this dresser, the manufacturer contacted me. They took my complaint seriously and were committed to assisting and finding a solution. Additionally, manufacturer stated that their production will use reported issues for product improvement. Though originally I was frustrated over the issues I encountered, manufacturer’s customer service was impressive and, due to that, I would buy their product again. I was very happy when I was unpacking it and saw how sturdy the drawers are even though they are made of fabric. First, as soon as I unpacked and counted all parts, I noticed that the color of material for side pockets is muddy looking beige and my dresser is white. Originally, my plan was to contact the seller to get correct color side pockets because the side pockets were the reason I ordered this dresser. Then I started assembling it and there came a second issue. One of the 4 screws (B), used to attach side walls to the top board, went through the board and damaged it. This happened before I even tightened them fully. Needless to say how frustrating and inconvenient this is. ... show more

This dresser is primarily fabric, which is good to know. But the metal frame is sturdy and the faux wood finish panels have a nice look to them. This is in a walk in closet area of my bedroom. Perfect for that type of application. I like the organizational features and hooks on the side. Easy to assemble. Taking off one star because there is no back panel included. Even a piece of fabric that stretches across the back of the dresser would have been nice to prevent dust from accumulating on the backs of the fabric shelves over time. ... show more
