This has been a really awesome addition to my beauty routine! Works as advertised, pretty intuitive to use, haven’t experienced any issues. Like I imagine many others, I found out about this mirror through a TikTok video and was instantly intrigued. The skin analyzer was the main reason I chose to buy this and I can say that I haven’t been disappointed. It really helps me better understand how my skin is being affected by the different products I use, especially on days where I change up my routine. I have also been enjoying watch YouTube videos on here...if you’re like me and like watching YouTube while you get ready it’s a more convenient way to do so without draining your phone battery. The makeup lights get really bright so that’s great, and the speaker is nice and loud. I will say that the magnifier is a DIGITAL magnifier through the camera...so if you require magnification while applying makeup due to eyesight issues, consider this before purchasing. Best mirror/cosmetic tool Ive ever used! While it analyzes every aspect of my skin and recommends things that will assist in my beauty and skin care needs, I can select my lighting preference while using its bluetooth feature to connect to my favorite rooms to fit my cosmetic mood in that moment. One of my favorite and most used features is connecting it via bluetooth to watch my favorite make up tutorials on 1 side of the mirror while I attempt to recreate the same look on me simultaneously. There is nothing I’m not in love with about this item. I say item because it is so very much more than just a mirror. Did I mention it’s password protected along with the option of fave recognition? I cannot believe this product is so affordable. It is pretty much an ipad. Really innovative and I hope this pushes other companies to think beyond typical mirror features. Great gift for girls 24 and younger because of the social media and music features. I could also see it being a good travel mirror due to the size, USB port, music, etc. The brightness is great but the mirror itself could use some work. I will be returning because I don’t see myself using the smart features very much and for just a daily makeup mirror I need something larger. ... show more

    • BIGGEST PIECE OF JUNK YOU WILL EVER OWN. BEWARE -
READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS - They are there for a reason. Seriously. If you decide to take a chance, just be prepared to know that you will NOT be able to contact customer service until you create an "account" which basically gives them all your personal information. Right out of the box the boot up is slow, the touch sensitivity is weak and non-responsive. The software shipped was outdated and you can "download" a 1280 Mb "update" - but it will take you 8 hours (I have GB internet speed) from their servers, and then it won't work anyway. The system is clunky, the app itself on the mirror is extremely limited. I know you can open up more functionality with the companion iOS app, but that's moot if you cannot get the actual MIRROR to function properly. So, my experience as a somewhat tech-savvy person was of complete disbelief that ANY company could put out such poor quality. No quality control. No customer support (unless you "sign up") and zero ability to trouble shoot. THERE ARE NO DIRECTIONS. So, if you take a chance on purchasing this overpriced plastic mirror, just know that you're on your own unless you don't mind giving your personal information away in order to troubleshoot a poor product that you'll end up returning and never want another one (and they'll have all your personal info) BUYER BEWARE - I'm serious.... you should believe all the bad reviews. ... show more

It does everything at say it does it haven't fully explored it yet.i didnt like the fact that it was documenting every conversation I was having.the alexa app .i think u can take that off though im unsure i wont be keeping it .

I Love my mirror. There's 2 issues that I am having. 1, I didn't realize that it isn't rechargeable and 2 the stand isn't adjustable, it has one lean and it is too far back for me. I have to put the stand on a notebook to make it the correct angle. The speaker is pretty loud and just being able to watch my influencers or listen at music at the same time is a plus! ... show more

Bought this for my girlfriend for her birthday and she absolutely loves it. It bought me major boyfriend points. I helped her set it up and had no issues. The set up guide is pretty simple but it’s mostly self explanatory and the device basically tells you what to do. I decided to take a chance on it.     • This product is cool but I can’t even log in and it stopped working
I love the design and how everything was working in the start. It had great brightness control if not only light but of screen, it assembly was easy. However I wasn’t ever able to create. The thing is it was very slow to response after 24 hours of being used twice. I got it connected to the internet and it ran even slower. I don’t know if I got a faulty one or what. But it was kept on my desk, never dropped and barley used. Now I can’t use it at all and I heard theirs upgrades well I couldn’t find them at all. It’s a bit upsetting, and annoying. I’m going to reach out to the company and hopefully they will work with me. I will update. ... show more
