  • PACK INCLUDES: Included is one extra large, 5.3 oz Bacon Himalayan Dog Chew. Ideal for dogs 55 pounds and over, not for dogs younger than 12 weeks. • Great for hard chewers!!! And all natural ingredients!!!
Flavor Name: Cheese Size: 5.3 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I have a 9 year old Boston Terrier and a 1 year old German Shorthair pup. The Bostie is a light to moderate chewer, and the pup believes that EVERYTHING is a chew toy. He has destroyed SO many things that claimed they are for tough chewers but surprisingly these XL cheese bones are still around. Some parts of them broke off when the dog dropped them on a hard surface, but I just popped those parts that were too small for them to chew in the microwave and made a cheese poof for them as a treat. I love that you're able to do that with the pieces once they get too small. Other bones you just have to toss when they become small enough their a choking hazard, but these... a couple seconds in the microwave and poof, a yummy cheesy treat for my babies. I would highly recommend them for any dogs as they are very durable (just watch them if they drop it on a hard surface) but my pups still have at least half of each left and we've had them for a couple weeks now. I will definitely buy them again. ... show more

  • Bully LOVES IT!
Flavor Name: Cheese Size: 5.3 Ounce (Pack of 1)
My mother had bought a medium one for our 8month old bully and had it shipped to our house. She obliterated it in 3 days, we purchased the XL one hoping it’ll last a little longer!

  • Good chew
Flavor Name: Bacon Size: 5.3 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Our Golden is an aggressive chewer, so this did not last long with her. It is very tough and durable, but most likely if your dog is a chewer it will not last. Still with that said, the quality is good and they do get enjoyment from chewing it. The fact that it is not rawhide that can be so damaging to their stomachs is a good thing ! • I love that I can see products at stores out in ...
Flavor Name: Cheese Size: 5.3 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I love that I can see products at stores out in the wild, then go to Amazon and find the exact same products at a reduced cost. I bought this for my super picky dog. He refuses any rawhildes, dog biscuits, dog toys stuffed with noms, antlers, etc. I've tried bully sticks, peanut butter treats, dehydrated chicken breasts and sweet potatoes, but I just can't find anything to really hold his interest. One day I was browsing through our local independently owned pet supply store when I saw this interesting product. The chew itself it all natural, and apparently made through a collaborative effort with local Nepalese people. The chew is basically a petrified cheese made from yak milk. You would think that cheese this dehydrated and hard would stink with the force of a thousand rotten Roqueforts, but this product has hardly any smell at all. I unwrapped it from the package and showed it to my dog (75 pound Akita). He immediately took it in his mouth over to his bed where he gnawed on it for quite a while (nearly 30 minutes) before taking a break and deciding something else was more interesting. I like that I can give this to him and not have to worry about him swallowing pieces, since the whole thing is digestible. I store it in a plastic bag and offer it to my dog, usually during dinner or other at home mealtimes when I want him to occupy himself with something. I also let him have it when I know we will be leaving the house for an extended period of time. My only complaint about this product is that it does have the tendency to crumble into small pieces that then get embedded in our plush carpet. The combination of this product plus doggie saliva somehow seems to form this super-glue like bond to which a vacuum sometimes cannot conquer. I've found that a paint scraper works well to remove the pieces from our carpet. Since I don't see us installing laminate flooring or hardwood throughout the remainder of our house in the foreseeable future, I now just let him chew this either in his crate, or on our solid flooring surfaces, or occasionally outside. One thing that I find particularly interesting is that when this product becomes small enough that he could potentially swallow it, you can break it into smaller pieces to offer as a crunchy treat. I usually keep two of these on hand so that when one gets chewed down to a nub, I can give him the spare. I can then break the nubby leftover into a few small pieces, nuke them in the microwave, and turn them into a crunchy cheesy treat reminiscent of a cheese puff for my dog. A small piece expands almost 10x the volume once microwaved, meaning that a small 2 inch nub can be broken down so that it lasts quite a while. ... show more

  • Great distraction
Flavor Name: Bacon Size: 5.3 Ounce (Pack of 1)
My dogs love these chews. They are hard but soften as they chew on them. Pros: Keeps dogs distracted Doesn't have a bad order One ingredient Safe for dogs with copper storage disease Cons: A heavy chewer can go through one in a few hours Pricey

  • Big quality change!!!
Flavor Name: Cheese Size: 5.3 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I’ve been getting this chew for my 100lb American bully for a little over a year now and I’m extremely unhappy with how much the quality has changed with it. Last year, for the price, size and length of time it lasted I was very impressed but it quickly changed this year. As I have seen from many other reviews, this item has also broken my dogs canine tooth to the point where he doesn’t like to even chew his beef cheek rolls anymore and those are his absolute favorite. It is very sad that this change seems to be getting worse and worse and it is truly a shame for it to happen with an item meant for an animal. Why cut corners when there was nothing wrong with the item before. The last one that came(on autoship) was priced at $4 and some change, if that doesn’t tell you something is off then I do not know what will. ... show more
