Box came ripped open. Frame had some minor scratches. Bike is super light and looks like a great start bike. Rides really smooth on pavement.

Loved style, design, color, comfort, price. Disliked missing parts, unclear instructions, gear location is odd. Had to take to a bike shop to get missing parts. Reached out to company and got the run around and after months have still not received the “shipped” parts.

    • Good bike, but missing critical piece for front brake
The bike was missing a screw for the front brake. Luckily my local bike shop had the piece and fixed it for free. Other than that it is a really good bike for the low price.

Aside from the bike arriving with a torn brake cable, it is also totally not 60cm. I am 6'3'' and so I bought the 60cm size, however, the bike is measured at 60cm to the top of the seat holder, not to the top of the frame! very deceptive label and it doesn't fit me.
