I did a lot of searching for the best, for my purposes, folding wagon. Having picked this particular one was a very good choice. Weighing in at around 20 pounds its manageable for just about anyone. And in particular the compactness of this wagon when folded lends to its portability and ease of carrying comfort. As I've only used it once so far for its intended purpose, I will say it is sturdy and should give me a long service life. Just as an additional comment about the manufacturer, when I received the wagon just a couple days before Christmas, and upon inspecting it, a problem appeared concerning the supplied zippered dust cover. There was a manufacturing error with the actual zipper, a section of stitching that was missed making for less than smooth up and down zipping action. I immediately submitted a message along with a photo of the defect on their website figuring I'd hear back in a few weeks. To my surprise I got an email back the next day informing me that a replacement cover will be sent to me shortly. I received the replacement cover on New Years Eve, that was fast. My hats off Hikenture for their very fast response and resolution to this matter. Can't ask for better customer service then that. Packed extremely well and folds up very nicely and easily goes back into the case. Wheels are nice and big. Moved easy off road. A lot more heavy duty than I expected but not too heavy. Very impressed by this product.

    • As spacious as I wanted

Ya know...not bad, not bad. It's not industrial strength but it's built better than I expected tbh, and spacious too. I often do solo trips to Costco and this will be very helpful to reduce trips from the car. Couple things, however.... 1. This collapses with ease BUT if you would like to use the included cover before storage, I recommend using the velcro strap first. In order to get the strap's velcro to reach the other velcro area on the strap, it will have to be collapsed pretty tightly. If you are having trouble with this, here's a couple tips: - Take a seat somewhere and squeeze the collapsed wagon with your legs as you tighten the strap. Be mindful as to which direction the wheels are pointing as that will help. (There really should've been more velcro real-estate on that strap but it's not terrible.) A nifty feature of the cover is that it holds a pocket for the removable and foldable wagon base. - The cover also features a zipper on one side. I recommend making sure this zipper is on the same side of the velcro in case you need to tighten a little more. If you don't want to use the strap or the cover, you could just as easily collapse it and toss it in your trunk as it is, I suppose. 2. Also, this isn't a huge deal, but this thing smelled pretty bad when I opened it. I needed to air it out...as if it's been sitting in a humid garage or warehouse.     • Great wagon! Big, sturdy and still easy to maneuver

We got this wagon to haul sports gear, chairs, my little boy when needed and a variety of other things. It works great! Rolls smooth, easy to manuever, and I love how compact it is. Honestly, Iโ€™ve seen the other fold up wagons and this one is bigger when out and way more compact than most of the others. I am very tall 6โ€™7 and the handle is very useable. It doesnโ€™t adjust a whole lot but good enough for me. My only issue. The cover. Our coverโ€™s zipper broke so itโ€™s basically just sliding over it and not helping it secure. Have found no way to get a replacement as the company has no contact info. Frankly that is the one area thatโ€™s cheap. Itโ€™s not a great zipper so hopefully others have had better luck. Awesome wagon, holds a lot! Ok on the sand- not great, but unless you have those big sand wheels, NO cart will work flawlessly. We love this wagon. Would recommend! ... show more

I love this little wagon. I donโ€™t know how I was doing my candle farmers market before this. The way I was doing it before was I had a hand truck and I would have to take it to the spot where I was assigned to. This little wagon is such a game changer and itโ€™s not Little believe me. what I love about this wagon it is bigger than most wagons, and itโ€™s taller than a lot of the wagons that you see this thing is a powerhouse. Iโ€™m able to get the majority of almost all my candles in one trip and it maneuvers and turns really nice and I love that it comes with a hard bottom to put on the bottom of it. it folds up really easy. It does not weigh that much. It has a handle to carry it and it has a pocket to put the bottom that folds up. The customer service is outstanding the little red button that pushes the handle up and down had popped off, and I reached out to the company I had only used it twice and asked them if there was a way of putting it back on without having to return it, they answered me the very next day, and they even sent me a video on how to put the little red button back on I popped it right back on, and it works perfect. If you are hesitating about buying this wagon, do not hesitate. This has been a nice wagon so far, and I have used it, mainly for my farmer markets. ... show more
