This is a high quality magnesium bath soak. I wish they had an option without essential oils because it is a little strong. It also leaves a lot of residue in the bottom of my tub after it drains

I really like the smell of this soap. To me it smells like a high-end spa. Some people have said it’s too medicinal, but I feel like the eucalyptus and other sense are very soothing.

    • Caused an allergy rash
Please be careful with this. I have the Higher Dose Infrared Sauna Blanket and really like it so I bought the bath soak. After using it I had horrible cramps in both of my calves for 2 days, The first few hours so bad I could not stand for more than a minute without them cramping too bad to stand. Then then I broke out in a rash 2 days later anywhere the particles that sat on top of the water touched my skin. I am currently still trying to get the rash from the contact allergen to go away. I do not know what ingredient in this product was the culprit, but it has been bad. Do not use unless you skin tested first! ... show more

I have been dealing with chronic pain, and started doing a few movements to strengthen the area of pain and hopefully help relieve it. My glutes felt aggravated when I was done, and I had just gotten in this product so I thought why not give it a try. Upon opening it the smell of it kind of threw me off. I didn’t like it at all. I went ahead and put it in the bath anyway. Once in the water and dissolved the smell was gone thank goodness. I had a good 15 minute soak.
