Received the PS4 Pro mount with two PS4 controller mounts last week and finally had some time to install them. The items shipped and arrived in simple packaging & on time. HIDEit mount looks sleek and sturdy, without being obstrusive or cover any of the exhaust vents of the PS4. The instructions are pretty straight forward & all parts needed for installation come with the mount. I would have liked a video of the mounting (per individual system) on YouTube just for reassurance but as I mentioned before the mounting is pretty simple. I purchased the HIDEit mount because I wanted to keep my entertainment area as clean looking as possible. This item definitely works with my set up and decor goals. I'm grown man now & having my gaming consoles on tables just laying about isn't going to cut it. I have kids also and will be purchasing more mounts for their gaming consoles. I would prefer to have all my set ups around the house like this & glad HIDEit provides these high quality mounts. I hope the accompanying pictures help those looking to set their consoles up in a similar fashion. ... show more

Nice and clean setup. I chose to put my PS4 Pro behind my tv so the internal fan is well away from the tv and not blowing directly into the tv. I have a corner mounted tv and it works well. I only have the charger cable to look at (Until I buy a wall charger of some sort). The PS4 bracket is plenty strong, but I chose to secure it to the stud because I have trust issues with drawl anchors. I slid the PS4 into the bracket carefully and slowly so that I didn’t scratch it. I mounted the console pretty high so that children won’t be able to change the disks and scratch them plus in the future I might put an X box below the PlayStation. The console is secured by a very small screw, but that is all that is needed unless you’re walls move. I would not recommend this for a motor home or RV without a little something extra to hold it in place. I chose to mount the controllers between my recliners on an end table and it works well. The controllers don’t just drop right into place perfectly, you have to somewhat center then which is easy. This is a great product with surprisingly good hardware. ... show more

Ok first off this review doesn’t cover it but I’ve got multiple HIDEit mounts in this game room. 6 separate systems & a few back up hard drives attached as well as a smaller mount nearby for some old school gaming on a classic CRT tv (not shown). I tell you that so you know that I’m a believer in this company & it’s products. Oh & it looks a little off in the harsh warm lighting of these photos but this room is actually painted ‘slap happy green’ which is very close to the color green of the packaging HIDEit uses. A total coincidence I assure you. Now down to business. If you want to use this mount - or any other mount they offer - to covertly hide a game console or two behind that large flatscreen on your wall they’re perfect. Simple to install with very easy directions to follow. *Protip; it’s mentioned in a few of their videos but hold a wet paper towel just under the drill bit or screwdriver when making your pilot holes in the wall to keep the shavings from going everywhere & making cleanup a snap. You can thank me later. As seen in my photos I however have chose to show everything. And I do mean everything! Cables are still a fact of life with any electronics. And game consoles especially so with the video & audio feeds as well as USB ports & Ethernet for those who haven’t got an all WiFi wireless setup. So instead of trying every complicated trick in the book to hide the cabling I chose to incorporate it into the use of these HIDEit mounts. It was all quite easy to do with some sketching on a drawing pad & measuring for cable lengths etc. I did have to purchase separate cable management covers but the important thing was making sure I bought the right mounts for the correct systems. READ THE DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY! These mounts in some instances can accept multiple systems or electronics but more than a few are specialized for the individual components & they even come in two colors for several of them. All of the necessary hardware is included in the boxes so no worries there. I’d suggest if you’re going to hang multiple systems on your wall to buy everything you need first then plan the layout of where everything will go. Installation will take only minutes after that. If get you complicated like I did it will take longer. So in summary these mounts are great. They may be a little more expensive than other options but you get what you pay for. I have zero fears any of these systems will be damaged from falling off the wall or one of these mounts failing. Whether you choose to #HIDEit or do as I did & #SHOWit you can’t go wrong. Few things though, if you plan on putting it to the right of your TV, your PS logo WILL be upside down, there's simply no way around this and it is a poor design flaw in my opinion. But it was also super easy to install and is extremely solid...plus it just looks damn good. Also in their pics they've cut out holes behind the console for the cords to go in, making it possible to hide them. If you don't do that, then you'll have unsightly cords sticking out from your console going to your TV. There are other things you can use to make this look more stylish, but when planning out where you're going to put it and what it will look like, keep all this in mind. The media could not be loaded. Dont have nothing much to say! Product is as described! The only thing is I used my own screws caused the original ones looked a little bit tiny to me, so I don’t think they would hold the bracket firmly!!! The main reason I bought it was because my ps4 was laying on the carpet and was getting A LOT OF DUST, I think this bracket gonna do a good job hanging the console and give my chill room a cleaner look! Note: they give 2 options Which is STUD VS NO STUD PREP to hang the ps4!! I recommend to use the stud option because u don’t want the console to fall! Like I said its optional! ... show more

Well built mounting system and extremely sleek. You can barely tell there is anything attached to my PS4 pro keeping it against the wall. Very easy to install. I have the mounting system from HIDEit for my PS4’s as well and they are just as simple and sleek. Only reason for a 4 star is that the package did not contain the M3 screw to lock in the system to the mount. I contacted HIDEit and they sent it out immediately. Highly recommended. ... show more
