    • Good for what I wanted, but not sure about it...
It seems to work well, but after flattening it back out a couple of times, it became very difficult to collapse without bending things that aren't supposed to be bent. I finally gave up and am storing it in my closet. It does take up a lot of room, so make sure you either have a place to store it where it doesn't have to be disassembled or that you are better at taking it down than me. I could NEVER put it back in its carrying case. The stool they give you will absolutely not work for anyone but a child. I use a folding chair instead. I bought this for the purpose of replacing a small workout each day in an effort to lose weight. I think it does what it is supposed to, but I noticed after I get in it at first, I can really feel the heat inside, but after a few minutes (maybe 5 or 10), it feels like it is no longer heating. I have had it for 4 days and I LOVE it! Setting up was easy despite the poorly written instructions. There is a slight smell but not bothersome to me. Especially after I put a little essential oils on the towel I put in the bottom (I think you can also put in the steamer). It’s comes with a little rug but it’s kinda crap and while absorbent I felt better with a towel on the bottom to absorb the steam (when you turn off the steamer and clean, the part inside still has a lot of water in it. You’ll need to drain or be aware. The chair is tiny and low so I will be buying another one for more comfort. I have used it for 30-45 minutes the last 4 nights at level 6/7 and it is amazing. As 4-5x weekly hot yogi that hasn’t done any yoga for the last year, this gave my body a similar sensation that I have been missing. If you’re not used to the heat, start lower. It heats up fast but cools down quickly if you use the arm holes too wide or unzip the front. The sauna looks small but is deceivingly spacious. However, be careful where the steamer is placed inside, I thought under the chair would be safe, nope my cheekies got a little tender so push it further back behind the chair (once it’s on the hosing gets too hot to touch). Up front is not very safe because it splashed my feet and it was HOT. The arm holes are nice to access the remote. I placed the sauna in a room that I can make dark but watch tv from a distance if I want. I am keeping it set for now but taking it down would be easy also. I wipe it down with a towel after and leave it open to dry. The “tent” is thick durable material, and so far it’s been easy to use. I have slept better than I have in a long time and my overall stress feels melted away after 30 mins. I highly recommend it if you like heat/sauna. I have been using it at night and take a quick shower after (leaving my hair up and unwashed because it doesn’t get too damp if you keep your head out) and go to bed. I do a proper shower in the morning also because with how I wake up for the day. Additional benefit in these few days of use is my face is glowing, my extremities are not turning purple all day,, and I am being mindful of increased necessity for water (and not interested in drinking crap and sodas I’ve been consuming during Covid). ... show more

I am very please with this Hicient portable steam sauna set. It works so well, the steamer provides quick hot steam in a very short time, not like another steam sauna brand set which I have bought and returned. Some people complained about the chair and the tent is too small for them but for me is ok (I am 5 ft 6). Overall, this Hicient portable steam sauna set is the best that you can buy on Amazon. This thing is incredible. Anything past 20-minutes is deep detoxing.. I keep my head out until the last 5 minutes and I’m already dripping before that. Incredible heat.. sometimes I have to go from level 9 to maybe 8 or 7.

Excellent way to relax or weight loss! I use it every day after a good work out. Very simple to use and clean and SPACIOUS! My only complaint would be the foldable chair, very uncomfortable if using the sauna for a long time. However the fact that this product includes the chair is a plus for me.
