Update: We have used it a couple times a week for a month and the bag has a huge hole. The playpen is great but the bag is very cheaply made. My toddler is 14 months and, nicknamed the Kraken, does what she wants when she wants. At 12 months she broke the wooden gate off the wall at my mother’s house and walked on out into the kitchen to get herself a snack. She clearly has no fear or respect for boundaries—physical or figurative. My twins are soon starting baseball and soccer meaning we will be at one field or another at least 5 days a week at least an hour at a time. After seeking out advice for toddler containment devices, I was left saddened at the lack of viable options for this crazy child. I really liked the California Beach pop up playpen, but the sides didn’t seem sturdy enough and I read customer service was horrid. I then found this listing and I’m pretty sure I heard angels sing as I clicked on the link. It is large, has sturdy sides, includes a cover, the bottom is sufficiently padded, there are two zippered sides to go in (that lock!), and it’s machine washable. It is everything I’d dreamed of. We haven’t used it outdoors yet as it just came today, but we are all already in love with it. It is a bit smaller but it’s the perfect size for what I need it for. My older kids, toddler, and dog all fit in it with lots of room to throw a ball at each other. The big kids even played “thunder dome” for a bit before we had to take it down. If it’s too much larger the other parents would not be happy I’m taking up so much prime real estate. It’s light enough that it won’t be a burden to carry around and it’s so easy to put up my husband did it in less than 2 minutes. I’m excited to place my Kraken in this baby containment device, throw some snacks at her, and cheer obnoxiously loud at my children as they play sportsball. ... show more

I love this Playpod. I chose to buy the one with a dome cover, so my babies can stay shaded outdoors in the summer. I chose this product, because I can leave the door unzipped and it allows my little one to have the freedom to come and go into their pay area as needed. It also allows me to zip and buckle it closed, during those times I need my baby to have some tummy time/play time. Everything is super easy to set up. The people in charge of writing the set up/cleaning instructions have a sense of humor and I love it! A pretty big hole formed in the carrying back and I reached out to their support team to let them know about the issue and ask for a replacement. Their support team was really quick to get back to me—it took less than a day to get the replacement process started. I bought this Playpod for them two years ago and I’m happy to say that they stand behind their lifetime guaranteed on their products. They mailed it out to me and I didn’t even have to pay shipping on the replacement carry bag. The replacement arrived in less than a week, since I wrote the email to them. Love this! Bought it to use in our small living room, to bring with us places like friends and family's houses, and to travel with. At first I thought it was too small, but it is actually a good size. Plenty of room for our 6 month old to roll around in. Love the hexagon shape. It is definitely way more roomy than your standard pack and play. I do think once he is maybe 2 and older I will want the XL version as a play space. This would still be great for a sleeping area though. It is very sturdy. Super easy to put up and take down too. Love the handy carrying bag that makes it easy to travel with. It is lightweight. The floor is slightly padded and waterproof. I have already had to wipe up a couple spit ups no problem. I did get the canopy, but haven't had a chance to use it yet. Will update my review when I do. This is seriously a must have! I wish I would of had it with my first. We had the Toddleroo by North States super yard which was such a pain in the butt to put up and take down, and not very portable at all. Plus it didn't have a cushiony waterproof clean floor, and had hard sides for baby to hit. We also had a heavy bulky pack and play that required a separate mattress because the bottom was so hard. Skip both of those and get yourself one of these! Such a great purchase! ... show more
