Really happy with this set. I researched tons of sets on Amazon before picking this one. Higher backs is a must and I wanted ottomans with sides to hold the cushions on in the wind. The only down side was the back cushions are not the best. They come compacted and take a day so to get to full shape. More like an oversized thin pillow than a back cushion. I just went to the At Home store and found some that went with the seat cushions very nicely. Husband put 4 chairs, 2 ottomans, loveseat, coffee table and end table together all in about 3 hours by himself. Great set for the price!! If you expect better cushions, then you should get the much much more expensive sets at the outdoor furniture stores. This worked for our needs and budget perfectly! ... show more

So far so good. The color is true to the image online. It does take some time to put together so be prepared. I only have two things I am disappointed in. 1) it is much shorter then expected (added pic broom next to couch is a standard kitchen broom) if you are 6ft+ you might have problems. 2) after reading the reviews that said to use the cover that comes with it I did not purchase a cover and one was not in any of the boxes. I can’t comment on the comforter too much but it is a little stiff right out of the box. Over all good looking forward to getting use out of it ... show more

    • The pillow backs fall down constantly and are thin.

This set seems sturdy and matches everything well. The colors are vibrant and it's pretty comfortable. The only problem is that the backs fall down all the time and won't stay up. They also could have used more cotton inside to make them a bit fluffier. I tried buying velcro to keep the seat cushions upright, but that was a fail. The velcro won't stick to the slick plastic like wicker. I've received a lit of compliments on the set, I just wish the seat cushions didn't fall down all the time. ... show more

We purchased this set over others because it stated that it came with a cover. Ours, however, did not come with the cover. My contact with customer service was less than stellar, and seemed more like I was talking with a computer. First they said that all the packages arrived and that I should look around the house for the cover, then in a later message, they stated that this set does not come with a cover. The description clearly states that it does. I requested a $50 refund so I could purchase a separate cover for the couch, which they did provide, so that is positive. The couch itself is what we were looking for. As others have stated, it comes in 4 boxes and is pretty easy to build. I can’t comment on the quality yet, as we have only had it for a week. The cushions are pretty stiff, but I think they will loosen up as we use them. ... show more

Easy to aasemble with clear instructions. Appears relatively sturdy. Bottom cushions are firm, back cushions are not as thick as picture depicts. Will want additional pillows or filling for added comfort. Table defiantly has issues; legs are not straight making the table appear to form a trapazoid shape from some viewpoints and a rectangle from others. A sturdy, comfortable set. Very well constructed but the only negative is that the end table is not even. The legs are on an angle because the shelves of the table are not the same size. Other than that the set is sturdy, comfortable and I would recommend. For the price it is a good choice.

I love my new patio furniture! While this set took longer to arrive than I had hoped, I have to give grace during these COVID times. It wasn’t difficult for a 50 year old woman to put together, a bit time consuming, but I know it is sturdy and well put together! I love that it is not child sized as the reviews and measurements of some other sets were. These chairs and ottomans are comfortable and well constructed but the assembly instructions need help. I had to spend too much time trying to decipher just what was required. Some instructions contained multiple steps without guidance as to what order to do these steps in. Also, the supplied tools were barely adequate. I overcame this by using my own tools. Plan on spending an entire afternoon putting these together but once you do you'll enjoy them. ... show more
