I ordered 2 of these Hevto wetsuits for my children for a vacation trip to colder water than what they are used to. Being that they are kids, and they will outgrow these fast, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. As someone who has spent a lot of time in aquatic sports and has purchased many wetsuits over the years, I am used to paying much more for a quality wetsuit. Being that these were relatively cheap, I did not expect much. I figured at this price, they would be disposable. Maybe they would serve their purpose for a short vacation and that would be it. I was mistaken. I can honestly say that these are great wetsuits for the money. Much better quality than what I expected. We liked the quality of the wetsuits. They are a decent thickness and quality for the price we paid. However, my children are very tall and thin and these wetsuits aren't sized to fit their body type. My 12 year old is swimming in the size 12. My 5'7" 14 year old that wears men's small fits the size 12. It is a little too short in the arms and legs, but the body fit is perfect for him. The size 16 fit a friend who wears women's mediums. As the water starts to cool off for fall, my son needed a wetsuit for his surf lessons. I purchased 2 sizes and the 10 fit him perfectly. He’s 8 years old, a little tall for his age and weighs about 80-85 lbs. He was comfy and the wetsuit provided extra insulation to keep his body warm.
