This is the third brand of wetsuit I've tried. I am 5'3", 165 lbs, and pear shaped. Most wetsuits are too tall and too thin, with no stretch. I ordered the 12S and it was a breeze to put on, very stretchy, and fit almost perfectly. There's a little extra room in the shoulders, but other than that it fit like a second skin. I can't speak to its efficacy in cold waters, as I haven't had chance to use it yet. I don't often write reviews but felt compelled to for this wetsuit since the search has been so difficult! I'm a pear shaped woman in her 60's and this fit great through the thighs and hips, but was gaping in my back and shoulders. Otherwise very comfortable material with great stretch. I'm going to try a size smaller. Nice and tight around wrists and ankles (I'm small boned). I am 5'4" and 126lbs. My rib cage is a 36 but am small breasted. I have a pool that, due to cost of gas, we can't heat it. It's around 70 °. So a bit chilly for me. I love to do my water therapy, so I bought this wet suit. I was hesitant at first. But once I got it on, ( use plastic bags over feet to slide legs on) I slowly went in pool. ( also got neoprene swim socks) no cold water shock! It was amazing!. The water does get through, but it's slowly and is fine after you are in. Plus in the nevada sun, I don't have to worry about sunburn! Just on hands and face( that will be an odd tan line) it is not feather light, but not crazy heavy either. Rinse in cold water inside and out. Dry , not in sun or dryer, both inside and out. I love it!! I have no excuse to not go in the water!! Plus the price was good! ... show more

Fabulous wet suit! LOVE the front zipper! Color, design, and style is beautiful. The fabric is so much softer and lighter than traditional old style wet suits. The size was perfect. So easy to get on and off! The boxing was excellent! It was packaged beautifully. Love the quality, love the price!
