Very easy hobby to pick up, I enjoyed this a lot! Only complaint is I have no idea what to do with the finished product, it's a little too gauty to put anywhere. Maybe I'm just picky or should've picked a darker pattern where it's harder to tell it's a bunch of plastic drills. This kit came with more than enough drills for me, looking for a project to use the remaining ones. I learned pretty quickly some strategies to make it easier: 1. Don't peel off the plastic sheet right away. Only peel back as much surface as you need to work on. Cover it back up when you're not working on it to prevent dust from covering up the sticky part. 2. If the sticky parts on the edges bother you, cut strips of paper to cover them up so your arms don't keep getting stuck to it and spilling everything... 3. Find a small box to store opened pouches in so you don't have to do all of one color at a time. 4. Work row by row mostly, then color by color if there's a lot of variety in one spot. 5. Do the monotonous part first (if that's a big sky or big ground) because you will lose steam towards the end, and switching colors frequently keeps you going. 6. Make sure to take pauses and stretch whenever you're doing this for long periods of time so you don't get a kink in your neck! ... show more

I am new to the diamond art but figured I would love it because I love coloring, doing puzzles, etc.. and let me tell you, it’s amazing. It is so calming and relaxing. It really makes you zone in and takes the worry off about anything that is going on around you, in the past, future, whatever it may be it is addicting and fun!! It came with plenty of diamonds (extra too), everything you need for such a low price. Highly recommend for these long winters we are so blessed to have :) ... show more

this is the first diamond art i've ever dont and i love it it's so pretty i did have to order another one because i was missing gems but that was my own fault for spilling my gems i have plenty left of every other color and i would have had some left over of one of the color had i not spilled them
