I had always wanted to purchase one of these 5 Lbs bars of chocolate since the first time I visited Hersey's factory many years ago. They were very expensive, so it was never a thought. Sometime this week someone mentioned Amazon had 5LB bars at a great price, so I bought one. It arrived nicely packaged, somewhat soft since it was indeed warm outside, but it came with an ice pack and a giant box with insulation. Amazon shipping was great, and chocolate is great. I brought this product a short time ago. I first thought that this might be a joke. However I soon came back to my younger years that I brought that same product for a Christmas prank for my older brother. When I did that he thought holly crap this is huge when my older brother opened the present up, and so it was. This time I thought since my older brother has kids the same reaction will come from my little nephews. There wild kids and since my older brother likes to drop them in my lap for the weekend or at my parents house. I thought that this would be great sweet revenge for my older brother and sister in law. Considering that when I see them at their house all of the kids are acting like angels. sneaky little kids. This would be an excellent present for any relative or friend that wants to see their kids go super hyper, the ones that they don't have to take back home to show them the true naughty sneaky pain in the butt kids that they really are. The only bad side is that when I saw them again a short time after Christmas they said they had to give most of it away. :-( Like I said before that this is a great way to get a 5lb worth revenge on some one. I previously bought the 1 lb came fine then I got the 3 pounder then I was wondering what are the odds if I ordered this 5 pounder it'll come fine , as in melted or broken,yep 👍 three for three good job, 👍 it did worth buying came with an ice pack insulated you could probably drop it and it wouldn't break it wouldn't do that though but absolutely worth it ... show more

5 pounds of dreamy, yummy Hershey's milk chocolate. It's not gourmet chocolate. It's a Hershey bar. It is that same old Hershey chocolate bar that satisfies that chocolate craving - only huge!! Great for cooking when you need chocolate bar chocolate. It comes in a foil wrapper with the paper wrapper around it - just like the little ones USED to. There was something about those...too bad they don't do that any more. It doesn't come scored, but it is fairly easy to break during the summer when it is a little warmer. In winter, we need to resort to a strong knife to chip our way through it - but it is completely doable. I ordered this one during the summer. It came in the Hershey box that was inside a box with cold packs. Arrived in perfect condition! Watch prices as they do fluctuate greatly. Amazon runs specials on it once in a while and you can scoop them up for a song. SWEET! This would be a great gift for an office. ... show more

it's Hershey's milk chocolate, so it's yummy. The bar is HUGE. LIterally 2 feet by 1 foot and about 2 inches thick. Be prepared to get sick on chocolate if you eat this whole bar! LOL I did but it was over two weeks! Way too much chocolate but it was super nom nom nom!
