Got this for my friend, sadly severely disappointed. Missing parts, can't setup! Tried contact Hercules phone support, it hangs up and refers to website. Website support cases won't submit, no other support options let alone options for stands! This stand was released over 8 years ago and has no support! Return is my only option. Sad! ... show more

I'm a keyboard player and needed a mic stand that would adjust to just the right spot when I play and sing. This mic stand stays where you put it, thanks to the metal clutch-style adjustment. I was frustrated before using a rubber clutch stand from another brand.
