Well, clearly 'light weight' .... NOT complaining also super light on budget .... but it's a one time thing likely evven for my covering planter beds Easy to use .... well if you ever folded open painters lightweight plastic sheets than you are well familiar with the issues .. ..... now add trying to get something thin and light that is designed to catch everything over a plant - the fun begins .. but unfolding, rolling it up over a long stick /pipe (taping start to it first) and then walking it around the tree like giant shrink wrap will get to medium sized trees --.. clearly would not suggest attempting this one on a larger tree -just tooo flimsy (unless you have a boom) .. Stretch ...nylon really does not stretch it's a trade off ..length vrs width ... show more

    • Works well, a little tough to work with
The netting itself worked against preventing birds from eating our grass seeds, but unless the area you are covering is the exact size of the net, you'll need to cut it or alter it and that is tough. It is so light and sticky that trying to cut it to fit or place over areas of our lawn was pretty tedious because it blows around and catches on everything. ... show more

I bought this to block the ends of my open carports to try to keep the invasive birds of some type from roosting, trying to nest, and making a mess on everything. After reading reviews before I purchased it, I knew to be slow and careful when unfolding the netting. It went pretty smoothly for me. I did not order enough to completely encase the 2 large carports, tho. 1 panel (of it's own weight) drapes from the bumper of the car to about 7' high; and it stretched the 28 ' width of the carport and had a couple of feet left over. I did not secure or weight the bottom, and noticed this morning that it easily blows and shimmers in the breeze, which may help deter the birds. I might even try putting it across my open porch to keep out the misc leaves and tree debris. Easier for me to handle than permanent screening. ... show more

Hard to place over tree and it did not cover the tree from top to floor It is lightweight but the birds were able to eat their way to figs Difficult to cover without three people
