Finally found the paper I have been looking for...forever!!! I have been searching for a heavier weight cardstock that has a glossy finish, and will print well on an inkjet printer, and THIS IS THE BEST!!! I am a freelance graphic artist, and I wanted to do a series of postcards just to sell in my local area, but I didn't want to pay the high prices of having them printed commercially, because it simply wasn't financially feasible. I have purchased many, many different kinds of paper/cardstock in the past, and none of it really worked for the purpose I had intended. This paper is absolutely perfect and I am so very, very happy with the results!! Now I can print all my work from home, saving me the high price of commercial printing, and also enabling me to control the color and other elements that may vary when you have to outsource your printing needs. I'm impressed! My wife is an elementary school teacher's aid. A 15 year old set (no longer made) of phonetics flash cards was missing about a dozen cards (3x4 inches each). She asked me if I could create replacements for those missing. The originals were a glossy type of card stock. I'm glad I found this product but was skeptical at first about the sturdiness of the printed product. No worries. When printed, the sturdiness of the cards matched the originals and the color renderings were vivid. Since the cards required double sided printing via an inkjet, I printed each side and waited a minute (to ensure complete ink drying) before flipping and printing the reverse side. This company also makes a version of this product for laser printers too. A successful project. ... show more

    • Nice and thick.
This paper is thick like a postcard. The front is printable and results are photo quality. The back is like plain cardstock, but prints much nicer with no ink spread. I think the product is a little pricey, but cheaper than having postcards made through a service.

my inkjet printer will not pick these up to print on them. I have an epson and it just won't work in it.

    • Finally an Inkjet Gloss Paper for Greeting Cards and Planners
Before I review the product itself, I will warn customers that amazon does not know how to ship paper products - paper will arrive shrink wrapped with no box and thrown in a bag, where the USPS will finish delivery and bend the product in half to stick inside your mailbox. Amazon is issuing a replacement. The product itself is perfect for making notepad/planner covers, greeting cards, etc with bright accurate colors and quality. It has a slight stickiness to it but not as much as glossy photo paper, and is less prominent after drying for a day or so. Unfortunately most printers will leave lines on the paper because of the thickness, but may work great for some people. ... show more

    • Perfect for photo note cards
This was exactly what I was looking for to create photo note cards. The glossy side is just the right amount of gloss -- not too glossy or "sticky" like actual photos can sometimes be. The photo looks beautiful and vibrant, and there is no smudging when handling the cards. I did let them dry for a few minutes right after printing as a precaution. The non-glossy side is perfect for writing my notes and letters inside. It is very thick paper, so make sure your printer can handle it. I also found that I have to put a sheet of regular paper under the card stock before printing; otherwise, the card stock kind of slides on its glossy surface to the back of the tray, causing the printer to think it's out of paper. As another reviewer noted, the sticky overlap that seals the plastic wrapping closed can catch on the piece of card stock that you're pulling out of the package, which pulls up a little bit of the glossy finish. I put a second piece of thin cardboard from another pack of paper/labels into the front of this package of card stock, and that seemed to fix the problem.
