I’ve had this since Prime Day in the summer. Other than a non-working panel when received it has been wonderful. Customer service was absolutely great and sent out a new panel within a day. Easy repair myself. Assembly was a snap too. Literally a snap since the panels have a cam locking device that connect them. Seems very solid when you get in too. Plenty big enough for one. For 2 people you better like them a lot. Radio system is plenty loud. Heat is wonderful especially now when it’s getting cold here. You can’t recline in this. Probably have to go way up in price to do that. I’m very happy with the purchase and gave it 5 stars despite the malfunctioning side panel when received. ... show more

It started with great reviews, I'm very impressed with its quality and attention to detail. Easy to assemble, instruction manual needs a little work. Once plugged in and temp selected it started heating immediately, went to 140 degrees in less than an hour. Recommend the butt cushion,radio works great. Bought this on a whim cynically expecting issues with such a large in size and price item.Boy was I pleasantly surprised.Order arrived in about a week.Called a friend to assist me in assembling.It only took us about 90 minutes to carry it in from the garage and assemble.Everything fit together perfectly.The wiring connections are such that they only fit together the proper way.Began using it that day and it's been working perfectly.Heats up to maximum of 140 degrees if you like it that hot or set for lower temp.Since I got it am seeing all kinds of articles as to the enormous health benefits.This is the only product review I've ever written but was so impressed had to write. ... show more

Everything came in 3 big boxes(50lb/110lb/140lb)-ish, if you expect to go upstairs. Packaging itself was done well for the size of item. However, I could not find a assembly/instruction manual in any of the 3 boxes! Only the small individual ones for accessories like the media panel/air refresher. If you have above average common sense, you can assemble without a single instruction. It's that easy to put together! Some of the corner cuts on the wood bench or panels could be crisper, but thats nit-picking the fittings. If you're a strong and large individual you can assemble it solo aswell, it becomes 100% easier when you have a second pair of hands though. Seems solid enough for thin wood panels and the glass is nice and thick by comparison. My biggest complaint, and this seems universal with consumer dry-saunas. That 140 degree maximum, it's just barely enough to get a good sweat. If a company would produce the same unit at 175 Fahrenheit, I would pay 30% more in a heartbeat. Oh and the product images show a outdated media center/panel. Overall on initial impressions 4/5 stars, if it last me a few years I will update accordingly. ... show more

The product arrived on the exact day they said it would, The product was packaged better than the surgical equipment we get at the hospital I work and the assembly was so straight forward and explained a cave man could have done it. The sauna came in 3 large boxes on a pallet and I was able to move them into the house with furniture sliders. This sauna is fantastic in every way. The stereo, the lights the hardware are all first class. I sit for 35 minutes in 140 degrees and I sleep more soundly than I have in a long time. Something must be happening physically due to the fact that I perspire more and more easily each time I get in. Everybody that sees it in my bathroom wants one. I replaced a bathtub that I never used with this and I could not be happier. ... show more

From the delivery process to the assembly the was a great experience. My husband and I were able to unbox and assemble within an hour. It heated quickly and I actually used it right after it was assembled. The light brown is a beautiful look against our dark blue walls. It would be a tight fit for 2 people as we like to have room but it is ample room for 1 to sit in . So far -happy! ... show more

Purchased the unit, arrived ok, after installation, turned it on, made a loud pop, and then started smoking from an electrical fire in the control box above the unit. Was very scary and needed to a fire extinguisher to put out the fire. Made a huge mess and damaged other item. At first Bluewave claimed that they are only the warranty and refused to compensate for damages of their defective product, then after contacting Amazon, Amazon said that they, BlueWave is the manufacture. So, they lied. After pointing this out, they said would look into it, but zero, Now filing a lawsuit against Bluewave and Amazon. be careful when purchasing this product, the last thing you want is a fire when you are inside and don't even realize it, as you cant see clearly into the room when inside the unit. ... show more
