    • Heat Panels in Arms Too...Big Advantage Over Others.

I bought this jacket in Black last year and liked it so much that I just ordered another one in another color (Blue). I had to exchange it for a larger size since they changed their sizing measures. Last year's Medium is now size Large. I received the jackets in just a couple days. Most heated jackets don't have heat panels in the sleeves. Since my arms are the first to get cold, I appreciate that. Warm up is fairly quick and the jacket has stayed warm for the hours I have needed it to (couple hours). The battery display shows the amount of charge in percent numerals. It recharges without a problem. I usually charge it before going to bed and it is 100% the next morning. The blue color is a nice change from the usual black. Length is perfect. I am 5'7". Nice, full cover hood and zippers. Very good workmanship. Price is fair. I RECOMMEND THIS JACKET. ... show more

    • Honestly a great heated heated jacket, exactly what I was looking for except one thing...

This is my first heated jacked so I was having a hard time deciding what style and what heating element arrangement. I decided to give this one a shot and I'm glad I did. The jacket fit well, seemed true to size, it's a pretty decently warm jacket in general but gets REALLY toasty when they are turned on. I turned it on max and it got surprisingly hotter than I expected which was nice. The battery is heavy but it keeps it on for awhile and there is a nice battery indicator. You can also use the battery to charge other devices so it's just nice to have in general. Only real complains is the lights on the front for the buttons. You press the buttons to choose the level of heating you like but then you are left with two red, green or blue leds glowing SUPER bright on the front. I get asked all the time why my jacket has lights so I wish these could be turned off. Besides that I really enjoy it! ... show more

I bought this for my daughter. While she's a Makita girl, I couldn't find the kind heated jacket that she prefers (puffer and over the bum). I came across this one while searching for Makita jackets on Amazon and for the price, I figured, I could not go wrong. She loves it! The jacket is super soft, no funky plastic feeling when the material gets cold outside and the battery capacity is outstanding. She keeps warm for a full work day (we work in construction). I ordered this because I am not a cold weather person at all. Despite being a rather large individual, I am always freezing!!! I could not live without this jacket. It has 3 settings but I only use high, it lasts a few hours on high. I was able to wear it to some cold football games and stay toasty warm. I got this for my fiance as a gift and this is what she said: I have absolutely loved it for the heat aspect but I do want to clarify that the actual material of the jacket is pretty poor. The hood tightener broke the day I got it and the jacket material tore within a few months. The battery is a significant weight, takes a while to charge, and dies in less than a day. Note to users: anecdotally, the battery lasts longer when you unplug it from the jacket after turning it off. It has 3 heat settings with heat production in the front, back, and arms. On the highest setting, it gets HOT so if you run cold like I do, you'll love it. Overall, I'm super grateful for it and it's kept me super warm throughout the winter but it could use a few improvements. ... show more
