The media could not be loaded. I bought this to protect my plug wires on my 87 Monte Carlo SS. The wrap around with the velcro holds really well. The only issue I see will be the stitching that holds the velcro to the wrap comes loose after cutting. The stainless steel bands will help hold them together. ... show more

Old knock sensor harness had deteriorated completely. Code 52. Considering the hellish location ( center of intake ) And excessive heat , I chose to protect the harness with the heat resistant material. Metal ties and velcro also, should preserve for years . Many other uses around the engine.

Heat wrap is excellent and well made. Velcro is a breeze to use over existing wiring. Mine are perfectly sized for what I measured with a piece of tape (don't measure with string, it is too thin). Be careful when trimming the material to length. Mine included a pair of gloves and I didn't understand why. Now I do...wear the gloves or you'll itch like fiberglass irritation. ... show more
