I would not make this purchase again. You really need to have your dentist make a fitting. I followed instructions and they did not fit. I gagged and could not speak words clearly. Too small. Thats a lot of money wasted.

I needed a full upper. It takes some patience, trimming, and several tries - heating, pressing, heating, pressing… and you can’t be gentle with it - before you get it to really mold to the shape of your mouth. I might still have some adjustments to make. But I’ve been wearing it for a week, and it stays put and looks pretty natural (I hope 😁). ... show more

Had a hard time getting them to stay in after using them. Looked a little weird too. Tried to get it to work several times but they just don’t set well. Having said that, the idea is great. I just can’t get it to work right. There are videos to help you. It didn’t help me, though.
