I like the aids enough to try a third set! The charger is terrible and charging can not be trusted to last when going out to dinner or parties. This last set may have charging and a problem with left unit as I charge them all night and the left unit lasted 6 hrs on day one and 2 to 0 hrs days 2 & 3.     • Great hearing aids but the left one is having charging issues
The left hearing aid doesn't hold a charge for longer than 3 hours. The right one works just fine. I would like a replacement left hearing aid please. Other than that these are amazing hearing aids.

    • Worth the money, but not a cent more
One of them works fine. The other one sometimes holds a full charge and sometimes doesn’t. So it stays charged for maybe five hours and then it dies sometimes it’ll last 8-10 hours.

Charging pins were damaged or missing upon arrival. Can't charge right side. This is a huge issue. I want my money back or a replacement charger for the one that was shipped to us faulty. The seller allowed return of the damaged item, got the replacement very quickly. Over all only a little hassle. They work rather well. On off feature is a little weird some times. But normally fine. As far as size & color they are great but they do not hold a charge as long as others I have had, tired everything but still they do not charge or hold a charge for more then 10-12 hrs. if that?

This is my 3rd pair of these. The charging port is damaged from the start, I tried switching the out to everything. I kept hoping they would work because they are comfortable, convenient and easy to adjust. Now my return date has expired and I am stuck with 3 non working aids and money wasted.
