I ordered this product base on the mostly positive reviews. It was fully charged upon receipt which was very helpful. They fit very comfortably in my ears. Due to health issues, I need to wear a mask when I go out and with these inside my ears, it makes taking my mask on and off very easy. The various volume settings are helpful. It does take a bit of getting used to when you have to press the button but once you master it, it is easy to set the volume you find works best for you. I no longer have the tv at high volume. A good price to purchase a set of this “not amplify”. hearing aid. Idea to get start! Those noise are gone and very clear. I love this size and easy to wear, it’s work so good,. And I could listen the TV news report clear so is watching those movies.

Got these for my dad. Never got them to work properly. They whistled all the time. When the whistling stopped they worked well but if he moved they whistled again...hurting his ears. Adjusting the volume didn't make a difference and honestly I couldn't tell if the volume even changed. I called Vivatone customer service and they really didn't help. This is my second pair of hearing aids. First ones were terrible. These are very nice quality no tin sounds and in a hole. Fit is excellent they are small for my 5'2" build so comfort was not a problem of learning to use them. Adjusting the level of sound made easy. Very very very little squelching adjusted just put them in my ears and started wearing them. By second day forgot I had them in my ears. I can listen to TV with no problems talk to people with ease ... show more

The size was awesome. Very comfortable fit and inconspicuous. Unfortunately the sound quality, too much high frequency tone made everything sound like it was in a can. Conversation or listening to a tv was not improved. Any background noise was louder or exaggerated to a point that it became irritating. While listening to the tv and the mini buds on low volume, a conversation from another room dominated the sound and I couldn’t hear the tv. If you turn up the volume background noise only got louder. Don’t even ask about being in an elevator with anyone talking it was unbearable. 😳 I really had high hopes for these but sadly they didn’t work out for me.
