I'm 235 pounds and this cane is good support for me. I've read where one needs to be mindful on wet surfaces, but it's light weight and travel friendly. I have this cane and the Rehand All Terrain. They are more alike than different. The tip on the Rehand seems more flexible, but that may be due to longer use. For some reason the grip seems slightly slimmer, but it’s not visibly noticeable. The big difference is this one has about an inch more length if you need it, I don’t. Bottom line, if you like one you would like the other. Update: After using this one for several weeks I have come to prefer over the Rehand. It has a lighter swing weight. That said, if I weighed a lot more, I’d probably prefer the Rehand as the shaft is stiffer. ... show more

Grip is very nice. Easy to adjust and it can not slip out of the adjustment. Light weight and good grip on bottom. The bottom tilts, which is a great feature. Needed it for a couple weeks with a knee replacement and it did the job. I’d recommend this one for sure.
