We got this Rollator for my elderly uncle, who lives in an assisted care facility. This has made it a lot easier to take him to events where he has to walk long distances since he can be wheeled sitting in the chair. He really enjoys it and so do we and his caretakers. It’s light, easy to fold up to put in the back of a car, and yet also sturdy enough despite his large size and weight, over 6 feet tall and over 200 pounds. We’ve got a lot of good use out of it, taking him to concerts and other events that he really enjoys. Somehow, after about eight months, a bolt, holding the foot rest on fell out and was lost, which made it harder to use. I emailed the company, not really sure if I would get any response, but within a day, a new bolt was on its way to us by FedEx. Kelly in customer service was outstanding helping us track the package and find it after it went to the assisted care facility instead of our own house. I bought this to use on a cruise I recently took with my mom. She can walk but is not very steady on her feet, and endurance level is a problem. I needed something that I could use as a transport chair if she was too tired to keep walking on various tours, etc. It was a great solution for us! It arrived quickly and was very easy to assemble. It is great as a walker. The wheels are big and can handle uneven terrain well. It is also lightweight and easy to load in the car or to even carry if needed. We used airport wheelchair assistance for the most part, but once we got to our gates, she used the walker and the seat held her carry on items! It was no problem taking it with us on the plane. You just check it at the gate, and then they have it waiting for you when you get off the plane. We only used it a couple of times as a transport chair, but it worked great. A couple of things to consider. If using it as a transport chair, it is probably not the most comfortable. If a transport chair is needed for regular use, you may want something that has more back support or a softer cushion. Also, if using as a transport chair, there are no arm rests. This could be an issue if the person riding it needs arm rests to push themselves out of the seat. We just made sure the brakes were locked, and my mom was able to push up from the sides of the chair or by holding onto something nearby. It wasn’t really a problem for us. The chair “collapses” very easily by pulling up on the handle in the middle of the seat. It certainly decreases the width of the walker and makes it easier to store, but the back wheels still “stick out.” Basically, you can’t fold up the back wheels.     • Versatile rollator w/seat & wheelchair function

Fairly easy to put together with the instructions. Rather light for the functions and sturdiness, comfy seat (saw differing views on this- I'm under 175lbs & 5'5" and use it for work so far, so short rests not longer rests in it yet). Biggest cons I've had so far were: receiving a defective bag (contacted seller cs and Jenna was fabulous! Got my new bad shipped out with minimal fuss after I explained what happened and sent a pic of my bag so she could see what went wrong)- my strap was too long for my height setting so it drags low so I just use the hand straps until I find a shorter strap; the foot rests flop down eventually tho the bar they're on stays snapped in the clip- a bit of a pain but manageable; and must remember to move the backrest to upright or behind otherwise when you open it it'll get stuck. These are really just small things in the scheme of it all. I've gotten a lot of compliments on my new upgraded rollator and I love it! I did get the titanium and it looks like a wet cement color, like the mushroom beige type, pearl gloss. As for the comments about the is it a wheelchair or not, it doesn't have the smaller wheel for the seated person to push themselves. Someone would need to push you while seated and it does not have a seat belt or restraint system. I plan on using this function as walking as much as I comfortably can then having my husband push me so I can take a break (so we can actually go on longer walking trips and visit our friends and stuff). It's not a self use wheelchair, but a self use walker with a seat than you can use fwd and backwards. I hope that clarifies for some people reading these. ... show more

I’ve had this product for almost a year now and use it as a rollator and as a transport chair for others to push me in. It’s a great product. Exactly what I was looking for. I even custom sewed a cute cover for the back rest. The back seat ends pop off but you can glue them on. I lost a knob screw that must have loosed and then fallen as I loaded this in the car and I contacted the company and they replaced the part for free and it was delivered to me in less than 48 hours. So I highly recommend this company because it’s worth it to get a product you can get parts for and with great customer service. I’ve also flown domestically and internationally with this and have had no trouble and it’s held up, and I’ve checked it and taken it on board. As might be expected it’s best when someone pushes you on more flat surfaces and I’ve heard it’s a bit more tiring to push on anything that isn’t pretty flat than my normal wheelchair but some situations I also want to walk sometimes or don’t have someone to push me so I need this type of device or need it so I have a chair always with and a place to carry my bag.
