I purchased these because I work in a cold office and can't always wear a sweater over my scrubs. The fit was perfect and formfitting without being tight or restricting movement. I especially loved that the bottom of the shirt did not roll up, as often happens with tight-fitted tops. The shirts really are breathable. I stayed warm but did not overheat or feel clammy. Yes, finally - a comfy base layer that doesn't ride up my love handles under my scrubs! Currently working as a CNA in the ICU so its a very physical and dirty job (cleaning up all that poo!). This base layer works great to protect my arms during clean ups (obvi I gown-up too) and from all the cleaner/santizers at the work station. Ordered the navy to match my scrubs and it’s a true navy. 100% need to size up a size. I usually wear wonder wink and wear a large with stretch. I bought a xl in HH and they are very, very snug. No shrinking noticed but they are tight in the chest area and I am not big busted. They do not have any stretch at all. Very snug slender fit. I really like this one. Sleeves are small enough at wrists not to fall over my hand since I am short and arms on shirts usually do so.
