Worst design ever. We have bought two of these and the side buttons keep popping off and the thing falls apart. The head strap for the quest two was better design. They need to fix the design.

This strap is much more comfortable than the standard strap that comes with the Quest 3 and it removes some of the pressure from the face. If you want no pressure on the face, you need to use a halo-style strap instead, but this one makes a big difference. The battery life is fantastic! I have played Assassin's Creed Nexus for an hour straight and only used about 60% of the external battery, leaving my internal Quest battery at 100%. I love having the LCD readout of the charge level as well, that's a really nice feature. ... show more

It is impossible to play not only with the battery life but also the head strap that comes with the base headset. I know it’s a bummer considering the price point for the headset you just got but it is so worth it in the long run. Nothing I hated more then gaming for a long time and that vr battery running out, this has become a life savor! It’s super adjustable and customizable to your head to not have those eyeglass pieces falling off your eye every two seconds. It makes the Quest 3 fit so much better on my head. Much easier to adjust and remove and put it o. Than with the basic straps. Also the weight of the battery helps balance out the front making it stay on with less tightening and therefore less pressure in my cheek bones / jowl.
