This product arrived damaged with the backend corner severely dented with no fault of the company, but their customer service is quick to respond and resolve the problem. They are sending me a new one and hopefully, the delivery company will take care of it a little better this time around. As for the refrigerator itself, I just plugged it in this weekend. It's very very quiet and cooled to a cool temp of 37 degrees easily. I will be using it outside so the temperature cooling capability is great but it would also be great for a game room! The capacity seems to be enough for a party. I am able to fit a box of 12 cans of Diet Coke without removing out from the box easily and still have more room for other beverages. This is the best outdoor fridge we have owned (we've been through 3) the first and second was from a bbq dealer and never, even on a cool day did our drinks get as cool as the HCK. When we started to have some cooling issues, we contacted customer service and thank you Hanna - they responded quickly and took care of all of our problems. Honestly I had my doubts, I've dealt with many customer service reps in the past, but they stood by their product and came through with flying colors. This is the best small refrigerator we have ever owned, and we've owned several. The cheaper ($200 range) ones have cold spots where they freeze cans of beer and warmer spots where cans aren't cold at all. This fridge is consistently cold on ever shelf, front to back with no freeze ups. It does not warm up even when you add a case of warm cans. Worth every penny! ... show more

We needed a fridge for concessions. This one is the perfect size. The slide-out shelves are a big bonus. The shelves hold wine bottles & cans perfectly. Digital temperature is great. The alarm on the door is a nice feature, although the door will close on its own, if you don't close it. The biggest feature that I was looking for is a door that locks for when alcohol is stored in it.
