I was worried about getting this product because I have asthma. Thankfully the product didn't cause any drawbacks, but that isn't the best part. This stuff is potent. I only take one pill a day before my work outs and the energy levels are amazing! This has helped me get past my fitness plateau and it gets me a fantastic pump. Now on to the confused girlfriend. About a week into taking the Arginine my girlfriend commented on my "size", I thought she was just buttering me up but I found it odd because I've never been uncomfortable with my size before. On the second week we were about to have a bit of fun and she yelled "What the hell did you do to your junk!?" It wasn't until she said that, I had noticed the size increased a lot. She spent about 10 minutes just examining it in disbelief. I didn't understand it either at first so I did some research. Sure enough the arginine improved my circulation so much that it allows more blood into the penis. If you are a guy, you know that shrinkage look that we get?     • Lowered my blood pressure to much in March. Tried again this May, had no problems.

After a week and 2 weight lifting days, I am really tired and exhausted. My blood pressure has dropped to low, and vision is blurred also. This may be ok if you have slightly elevated or high blood pressure, but it's not for me. I gave it a try to try and boost my strength gains with my workouts, but it has the opposite effects. I will discontinue this supplement. GAVE IT ANOTHER TRY THIS MAY, AND HAD NO PROBLEMS. IT DOES MAKE YOU FEEL MORE ENERGISED . AFTER MY WORKOUT MY ENERGY RETURNED AND AFTER ABOUT 11/2 HOUR'S ABLE TO RESUME OTHER ACTIVITIES. I SEEM TO HAVE A LOT MORE GET UP AND GO NOW. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. I AM 78 YEARS OLD AND I CIRCUIT TRAIN WITH WEIGHTS UP TO 85 # AND 14 DIFFERENT EXERCISES FOR 45 MINUTES. WHEN I AM FINISHED I AM REALLY TIRED AND WINDED. I've used many Arginine products from different suppliers but Havasu Nutrition is the best by far. You can tell it's working after only a few days. You'll have more energy and feel motivated. Your significant other will like it, too. It does wonders for the circulatory system. I've seen some reviews where people complained that it wasn't 100 percent arginine. Well, that's what makes this supplement better. It the synergistic blend of all the ingredients that makes Havasu's Arginine superior. One of those ingredients, Citrulline, is converted to arginine in the body. Something good happens in the process. I can tell you from personal use this product lives up to all the hype. Just buy it and see how you feel after a week. The difference is obvious. The reason I gave it four stars is because a lot of people are weary over the automatic five star echo effect seen on Amazon these days. The speculation is that companies offer a free product and customers feel obligated to leave the highest rating. This is a real problem and many companies who sell trash on Amazon get a lot of five star ratings by giving away free items. People love free stuff even if it sucks. Crazy.     • All L-Arginine is not the same!

I am a 55 year old male who has been taking L-Arginine for at least 10 years. I work out 5 days a week, eat healthy 80% of the time, take several different supplements and consider myself to be knowledgeable when it comes to the benefits of staying fit and taking the right supplements. L-Arginine is a essential part of anyone's plan for staying fit and staying youthful. Over the course of many years I have had some L-Arginine that I felt did the job and some that I have felt were useless. I was using a brand that I felt was beneficial and the only reason I tried Havasu Nutrition L-Arginine was because my current brand was on back order. Turned out to be a great thing because I discovered a product that was second to none. I can always tell if the L-Arginine is doing the job based on how much my veins pop and also how I can feel the blood flow to the lower area and how much of a pump I feel after a workout or during the day doing normal activities that require physical exertion. You would think that all L-Arginine would be the same but its not. I don't know why this is but it is a fact. This product is legit. I will say this, if you have not taken L-Arginine in the past, don't give up on it after 2 weeks or so. It takes time to build in your system in order to truly feel the benefits. Note that they advertise it has pine bark, but it does not have Pycnogenol . Big difference. Sending it back since that pine bark could be from a pine forest in Alabama, not France.
