By chance my toddler saw this while I was browsing Amazon, and of course, she wants it. So had to order it and let her have a grand time with the little basket and eggs. It comes with 2 larger animals already hatched, with the rest of them in eggs. Not sure if what’s in them totally random, but the little animals we got she totally loves. My toddler is at the age where she likes tiny little figurines, and thankfully she’s never exhibited any interest in putting things other than food in her mouth, so these tiny pieces I would not worry about her playing with it. On the other hand, if you have a younger child, and may put stuff in his or her mouth, you’ll want to monitor him or her while playing.
