This mirror is absolutely beautiful and fell perfectly within my budget at a reasonable price. The light features/modes work exactly as described and are super easy to adjust. Plus, I'm a big fan of the fact that you can both hang and/or stand this mirror up. The only reason that I can't give this item 5 stars is because I really struggled with mounting it. To be fair, I did do it by myself and I'm not the most experienced with stuff like this, but I still felt like it shouldn't have taken me 30-45 minutes to actually get this hung in a stable position. It's a great product that needs two improvements. (1) It does not remember the last light status when turned off and on. This may be acceptable for use as a freestanding mirror, but it's a con for a vanity mirror that should be controlled by a wall switch. (2) The power adapter is bulky and cannot be hidden behind the mirror. I had to cut into the wall and recess it into a 2-gang box (see the photo). This method is not compliant with building codes, but I could not think of any other method. ... show more

It doesn't weigh much, you can carry it yourself. The width is ideal if you want to place it in a narrow place. The light it includes is really good. The height is for an average adult. The base that supports it does not give way, which prevents it from slipping and falling. My teenage daughter has visited me in my room a lot more since I have it with me!!
