I started shaving back in the 1970's while in high school using the old safety razor device. It shaved me close but I ALWAYS nicking myself & had white spots all over my face from having to use a stiptic pencil. Since then I was stuck having to use those throw away blades that NEVER could shave close enough. I heard of Harry's but was skeptical because like most things today it's mostly hype & doesn't deliver on its promises: like most politicians. However, I bought Harry's just about a month ago & was incredibly surprised! I have not had such a close & clean shave like this in DECADES! The shave is close, clean, fast AND no more nicks to my face. I can honestly high;y recommend this product. The media could not be loaded. Again i want the things i buy to simply perform the function they are supposed yo perform. In this case i want a razor to give me a smooth and quality shave. Anything beyond that is a bonus. In this case i did get a smooth and quality shave, at a great price too! everything is visually appealing as well. I like the bright orange color pop of the handle. It also has a very nice hand feel and weight. It weighed in at 1.5 oz. This doesn’t say verified purchase because my partner bought it for me. Thanks love! ... show more

These things look good but the "good" ends there. It's very hard to get a smooth finish without drawing blood. Definitely cheap. And you'll remember just how cheap the whole way through the horror of using these. Good gift idea if you don't like the person much.
