We really like this set; it is well made and very nice looking. The chairs are sturdy and very comfortable. The table is also sturdy, and the alligator glass top looks great. The assembly is a little challenging but not too bad. Harlie an Stone Support is friendly and very responsive. When I mentioned that the assembly might be easier with slightly longer screws, they thanked me and told me they had already received that input and were in the process of changing them. The table and two chairs were exactly as promised. Most of my Amazon purchases are based on the (real, actual customer) reviews posted for a product. There was a damaged part in the box but I didn’t notice it until I could not assemble the chair correctly (part was bent, apparently during shipping). I contacted Harlie & Stone on Sunday and received the replacement part on Thursday. These people follow through with GREAT customer service! For a Chinese manufactured product, the quality is good. I was on the fence about this set, but the quick shipping, size, and relatively positive reviews sold me. I did not want a dark wicker and didn't love the look of this yellow one, but the color is SO MUCH NICER in person. It is labeled "light brown" and is a khaki/tan color. The instructions were clear, everything was packed well, no missing parts. My biggest issue with this set is the short bolts are TOO SHORT! I couldn't get them close enough to start the thread... mostly due to the bulk of the wicker in places. I finally figured out that if I attached and tightened with the long bolts first (needed for the base later), then clamped the piece tightly in place, then removed long bolts, I could install the shorter ones. (See pic) It was a headache for sure. All told it took me 3 hours to put this set together ( I am an avid DIYer). The table seemed easy until I had to put the lower shelf on, it was too small, and the whole thing was lopsided. I took apart and installed the lower shelf FIRST and then the legs and it's all good now. The bottom cushion is nice and thick and the back cushion is a little thin, although the set is comfortable. Both cushions measure 24x22 (for those wanting replacements). I am happy with this set overall and spent a ton of time searching online. I'm not going to lie, assembly was a bit "interesting" and took longer than I'd prefer. However, very happy with the product and apparent quality. No squeaks, screws and bolts line up just fine and fit easily. I like the size and shape, it glides/rocks smoothly and that it was a family owned business. There are lots of choices, slight differences and less expensive options available. Searched high and low for a reasonably priced set, specifically looking for a thicker, padded cushion than the usual one inch thick. Also looking for it to rock and swivel. This set was it. Not hard to put together, and the light wicker looks very natural/neutral. Packaged well and fast shipping. A+

I purchased this set of rockers and table 18 months ago. One the bases broke on the rocker, the aluminum frame cracked. I realize that the chair was out of warranty, so I was/am not expecting any refund. I contacted the company, Hailey & Stone directly via email, inquiring whether or not I could purchase a new base. They never got back to me. I sent a second email to no avail. I am now faced with purchasing another swivel rocker......certainly from another manufacturer. UPDATE: The CEO of Hailey & Stone reached out to me directly. The reason they didn't receive my 2 emails was because they were switching website hosting platforms and it took a few days for my emails to show up. She apologized and replaced my broken base with 2 new ones!! She exceeded my expectations beyond what was needed to happen. I retract my prior review and will continue to purchase their products. I had some issues with the delivery of this set with UPS. Some serious damage to the box and some limited damage to one chair back. The seller contact info, you have to email them, helped me out there and they were helpful and timely in their responses. I'm 6'6" and I'd say I'm the limit on height for this set. The wife loves them and in the end I'm very happy with them too. They are tough to put together on your own so if you can get a second hand that will make things easier. *8/23/22 Update: After less than 3 months of use one of these chairs seat "springs" is failing. I've contacted the company twice but still awaiting a response. This is the 2nd issue I've had with this chair. Harlie & Stone helped me out the first time on a replacement part and some fasteners in a prompt fashion right after receiving this set but now no response on this serious part failure. And for what it's worth both the wife and I come in well under the weight limit for these chairs of 300 lbs. I've taken this from a 4 star review to a 1 star. I would expect paying this much for a set of chairs would get you through at least 3-5 years minimum, one of these didn't make it through the summer! ... show more
