Read a few reviews and took a chance on order a half size larger than I usually order for show sizes. That was a good choice because they fit perfectly and required ZERO break in. So comfortable, I wear them for daily wear as well a riding the bike. I would definitely purchase them again!

Size: 9 Color: Black
For the past 40 years I have bought size 9D shoes and boots. Size 9D in these boots are too small so I sent them back and bought a size 9 1/2D from another seller on Amazon. The 9 1/2D boots fit fine. These are a black suede leather so polishing and water proofing is not an option. These boots are stiff which is fine for me and the toe cap probably has a thin plastic reinforcement to hold its shape. It would be nice if the lugs were deeper/heavier for long life and confidence that my feet will not slip when stopped. These are easy to lace and get on and off. There is plenty of room at the collar for my ankle to swivel and operate the shiftier, rest on the floor board or pegs. also the goodyear welt is stitched all the way through to the bottom of the sole. Good construction and the should last for the rest of my riding days, ~ 10 more years. the boot has its qualities and I guess it is worth $100 bucks. ... show more

Bought as a Christmas gift for my husband to replace his old ones that look exactly the same. Upon receiving them we found out these have a thinner material inside and peels off after a couple wears. They are not that comfortable for him which kinda sucks because he wore the other ones so much that look terrible, but the quality of the other ones have held up way better than this quality of these ones. ... show more
