Just received it today, and tried it on. It feels extremely comfortable to wear, but as other reviews say, yes the size on the label is different from what you selected. It says this in the product description and translates the different sizes too. However, I have went up a size over the past year, so what I got for myself was unfortunately a bit too tight and revealing. My take on this is that it's not meant for those that have a bit of a belly, and that's okay, I'm not the type to be like "We need bigger clothes", for one I selected a size too small, and two it is unhealthy. So just know, if you're a bit overweight, or you just have a belly that sticks out a bit, try to go XL or higher as it will show pretty easily. The shirt fits tightly but stretches a little bit to fit comfortably as well. The pants felt pretty tight around the waist but that could have been the size. The pockets unfortunately though feel a bit small to me, I'm not sure if that's common with tac pants as these are my first pair, but that is my take away. If you’re looking for military grade combat gear, start looking in the $300-600 range. For the rest of us, this outfit looks REALLY cool (I got the black python, which is a copycat of Kryptek Typhoon), and is well-suited for cosplay, airsoft, and paintball. It looks similar to Crye Precision tactical clothing. The pads are going to scratch up pretty quick, we’ll see how many deployments they can take. Don’t overthink the size conversion chart. If you’re ordering this on Amazon, just select the size you would normally choose and that should give you the best fit you can get with these sizes. I am 5’9”, 220lb, and I usually wear large shirts and 34x30 pants. I ordered a medium first and the pants were too tight, so I exchanged for a large. No issues with the return. I did run into the same problem as another user, that the knee pads sit lower than my actual knees. I’m going to do a little sewing to cinch it up to size. These clothes will be an ideal fit for users on the slimmer side. The higher you go in size, the longer everything gets, but not as much in width. I ordered a large and the pant legs and sleeves are both long for me. Just be prepared to do a little altering if you’re not on the taller side. The pants have 8 pockets of various size. The shirt has shoulder pockets with Velcro pads for attaching morale patches to. The material is a mix of cotton, polyester, and spandex. I think it will hold up well to washing/drying. The stitch pattern on everything except the torso appears to be a pretty durable non-rip pattern, so I’m optimistic that it will hold up to some diving/rolling/scraping against brush. In terms of value vs cost, this is a perfect buy. Just don’t get these think you’re going to go to an actual war in ~$60 clothes. ... show more

    • Sizing is strange, read for my experience

This set is good, better than other Chinese made combat pants I have bought. I am 6’2” 215 pounds and I went 4xl. I could have gone one size smaller and it probably would have fit better. The pants are a little large in the waist, the pants have pull sinches in the pockets to adjust the length to allow the knee pads to be at the correct height. The top fits pretty well though, it’s only slightly baggy. I washed and dried them and they shrunk a little so it’s better. Could’ve definitely gone one size smaller. I have nwu type 3’a that we’re issued to me and they are rip stop like this set. The biggest difference I can see in quality is my navy issued nwu’s are a little thicker. This set will do the job but I don’t know how long they will hold up if I’m running and gunning, they seem strong but I could see them ripping pretty easily. Let me start with saying quality far surpassed my expectations. It feels quite durable and rugged, yet it breathes well and doesn’t stick to you. It looks fantastic as well and is easy to match accessories with them. The built in knee and elbow pads are quite nice and are super secure (I have slid a few times and still hardly any scratches on them) The only complaints I have so far is the sizing. I ordered a large and the top fits absolutely perfect. But the pants are BIG, like I could fit 2 of me in them and still have tons of room. Other than that I love these and would recommend them ... show more

More durable than I expected, fun for the overall look I was putting together for an airsoft kit. Comfortable. Though the pads are a mild pain to insert. True to size and the plastic knee and elbow pad inserts did help in the gravel. I would buy this again.

So,Most people wrote in the comments that their clothes were sent too big (eg L became 2XL). I was very worried at the beginning, but after I got the finished product and tried it on, I don't think it feels too big, and it fits my body very well. I think it is very large because the size code of this product is confusing, but he still sent the same size as you chose. (It's just that the watch code is wrong) I think that all people who get the clothes, after opening the clothes and seeing the size, don't get angry and give a bad review for the first time, you can try it on.
