I bought this for my house. The waterproof backing is very nice. The carpet is thin like I needed. I love the variegated color and the type of pile it has. It’s soft on bare feet. It vacuums up nicely with no pilling or shedding. The only negatives are the lack of a wider width and an exact product option to use to bind the seem without having a permanent attachment. The media could not be loaded. I bought to glue onto wood panels for a special cargo van project. It arrived via FedEx faster than the anticipated arrival date. It was extremely easy to cut with scissors. The backing is a good quality marine rubber and indoor/outdoor carpet glue worked good on plywood. The carpet color was correct, although I wish it was true marine carpet with no lines in it. I was really looking for that smooth texture that I can’t seem to find on Amazon. The carpet is easy to cut but still seems tough and rigid. The issue I had was the rubber backing was so smooth that spray adhesive was not working. I even purchased industrial grade spray adhesive and still could not get it to stick at all compared to other marine carpet I’ve purchased from the store. Love this carpet. When we redid the floor in the screen room, we had to remove the old carpet which was rigid and hard to work with. The new one, however, is light weight, flexible and easy to cut and fit into shape. Very happy with this excellent outdoor carpet!
