I'm a big fan of cupping! I found out you can buy your own and do it at home! This is great however, you do need someone to cup you as there are areas you are not able to reach such as your back! I would recommend this brand because it is from a well known Korean brand in Korea. The benefits are shocking and you can tell where you are inflamed by the color of the cupping. I would say research and make sure you properly cup unless you are doing more harm to your body. This product does have instructions but do a more through search online. ... show more

Use on my patients for pain management. Easy to use, good suction power, just two pumps are usually enough. Had to get another set. Certain sanitation protocols can warp the plastic cups. Soak in liquid dish soap or laundry detergent with a splash of mild liquid disinfectant like Lysol (no bleach or Pine Sol!) and warm water. Clean gently and thoroughly with the soap, rinse and dry well either with a towel, or airdry on rack. Store in dry case . Cracks easily, use with care and the set should last longer. ... show more
