After years of wearing Boss and CK, I decided to look for something more comfortable. I’ve tried Tommy John and Commando as well as Hanro, and these are by far the best fitting, easy to pack, and least noticeable of them all. Commando comes in second and Tommy John a distant third (the vertical fly can become an embarrassing moment when you’re in a rush and put them on backwards). I’ll have to stress a pair by wearing and washing weekly to see how well they hold, but as of now, they make up 1/3 of my months supply- that’s how much I like them (Boss has been demoted to rags). Edit: now they make up more than half. Love the shape, feel of the material, and how easy they are to pack (I bike to work, and shower at the gym before I start my day - it’s at the gym that I was referring to the awkward moment when you realize your junk is out with Tommy John). These are my daily’s at the office, while Tommy John and Commando I use now for biking. Weekends I wear cotton (also Hanro). ... show more

Hanro men's briefs are the most comfortable I have ever tried, and I have tried a lot. Good support, but not excessive, smooth fabric and quality manufacturing. These last many years before wearing out. Expensive, but it is a good long term investment. I won't wear anything else.

Hanro's finishes are flawless, but the briefs are too tight and not enough room for the package. Also, WAY pricey. I prefer David Archy, but Andrew Christian would be my first choice, if only they came in black...
