I have poor circulation, and am always cold. Over the years I have tried old fashioned 9v battery operated socks, gloves; spent way too much on the warmest coats and boots and nothing really worked. Now I'm in a warmer climate, still always cold... decided to give these a whirl. Besides loving the purple, charged up fast... easy to hold - I use one in each hand. On lowest setting, most comfortable keeping me nice n warm without burning. I even have used them as a warm pack at the base of my skull to keep blood flowing. They are too small to use on a bigger surface area but worked well for my intended purpose. So far, after less than a week using, they are functioning well but it is way to early to know how long the charge lasts and how well they hold up to my regular usage. These little warmers work great. Their compact size is great for fitting in pockets and gloves. I even put them in the sides of my boots. They are simple to use and easy to charge. The charger is convenient having 2 cords attached using only one usb port. They heat up very nice and can get quite warm which is comforting especially in the extreme weather. I work on an unheated loading dock in one of the Upper Midwest states and suffer from Reynauds also. These are small enough to be placed inside of lined gloves while allowing the flexibility of still using your hands. The only drawback was that the battery life doesn't last as long as advertised. I got 5.5 hours out of one of these, while the other lasted 6 hours while on the low setting for the pair. When they did work, they were of great help in keeping my hands warm in single digit weather. ... show more

They work very well, but be careful of using to the high setting on bare skin. Husband ended up with first degree burning on back of hands were thin skin is. Not defective and we do uses them but we wrap it if near delicate areas.

So I used these for the first time at a Vikings-Packers game in Wisconsin in January. If you know anything about WI in January, you know it can get cold. This was more of an evening game, so it got pretty cold the longer we sat. I used these while there and they worked great!
