I just assembled this for my child as this is a Christmas gift and 8 keys will not work at all and the keys that don’t work are stiff. Child was disappointed along with us. But I’m also changing my review because customer service reached out to us and they helped us fix the problem so I’m thankful I don’t have to re-ship this out and now it works perfectly once they walked me through how I could fix it other than that it is a really good starter for beginners. ... show more

Shipping came early. Everything worked, one key out of tune, but overall, got my money's worth. I bought the piano for my 6 year old granddaughter, to spark some interest in the piano. Looks like it will be good for learning.

Bought for my 6yr old daughter. The keyboard is great and made well. The microphone looks cheaply made and was. It didn't work after the first day.
