My daughter absolutely loves robots, so we bought her this as a reward for doing so well at her first dental appointment that she was really scared to go to. I looked all over Amazon and other super stores like Walmart, but all I could find were either robots as baby toys or ridiculously priced robots used as nanny’s for children (which totally creeps me out). I was so excited to find this remote controlled, simple to use robot toy, not to mention it came in her favorite color, pink! You won’t find anything else at this price point. This toy is so fun! My son is 2 years old and loves watching it spin around. It’s also nice that it has a button where it can automatically move on its own for kids that can’t quite control it yet. I love the addition of the music as well! It works great on wood and tile, but not the best on carpet. I bought this robot for my three year old son, in an effort to build him a more diverse toy selection. Show and tell day at school made me realize he really only had hot wheels cars. And he quickly got tired of taking the same thing. This robot was one of the many new toys we purchased, and all of us have a good time with it honestly. the button that plays music is a tad bit annoying but I’m also not big on toys that make noise. But all you have to do is turn it off or just not play the music. I bought 2 of these for my 3 year old grand babies and they're a hit! They love that they get a remote and watching them see that the remote moves the robot is a hoot. We have mostly wood floors and it whips around really well... on the throw rug, not so much. I would recommend this for a toddler just learning to use a remote. ... show more

Got this for my 3.5 year old and they're in love! They love the dance button (and dances along with it) and can easily drive the robot around the house. A couple of the songs are Christmas songs which is hilarious, but thankfully my kid is obsessed with Christmas music so it all worked out. My 8 year old loves her robot! It's easy enough for younger children to operate, but fun for older kids, too! My favorite feature is that the music is optional!! Also, the movement noise of the robot isn't annoying like some others. It's been a hit for sure! The only thing to watch is that it does best on hard floors.
