I was looking at another name brand light fixture that was almost exactly the same but it was on back order. I ordered this one and was so pleased! It came very well packaged. The light fixture feels sturdy and of good quality. The finish is to me is more of a bronze gold with a matte finish. Some golds are very yellow but this one seems warmer. This light is just "fine". You can find this style of light almost anywhere for varying prices. I found this one at the lowest cost, and now I know why. At first glance you don't notice many flaws, but up close you can see that bar is crooked, while the round unit attached to the wall is straight. The glass shades are different thicknesses. Overall the light looks fine and most people probably won't notice the flaws, but they are there. If you're a perfectionist, it's worth the extra money to get this light elsewhere. ... show more

Put this light in my half bath. The color is brushed gold and it’s very pretty, not tacky like bright gold or brass and accents very well with the warm wood tones and magnolia green paint.
