My noggin measures 23", the large fit great with a liner cap on. It's great! Very light weight, I doubt highly it's actually DOT approved but then again, I do not plan on crashing. For the price you can't beat it. I've got two other favorite helmets and they're both over $600. Super Seer and shoei. This is my favorite warm weather helmet ... show more
