I was extremely impressed by this set. My husband has a beard that he trims and I trim his hair. I’ve been using a razor comb on his hair, but was intrigued by this set when it became available on Vine for an unbiased review. The set arrived quickly and was well organized in a nice box. This could be a great gift for someone. Since my husband needed a trim the day it arrived, I was able to use it right away. I had trouble following the guide because my eyesight is poor. But I think I got the gist of it and was able to do a good job. One of the nicest things was the cape, which was just like the ones at a salon. The hair was easily shaken off it and none got on my husband. In the past we used a towel, which didn’t work very well and made a mess. All in all, I highly recommend this set. This is a very nice set of two rechargeable hair clippers, with a large assortment of comb attachments and other accessories. I use a hair clipper to shave my whiskers from “scruffy” to “trimmed” looking, and the small clipper will be really handy for that, including for use when traveling. Both clippers have a display showing the amount of battery life left, and the both charge using an included USB cable. You need to provide your own USB power source such as a phone charger, and that’s fine with me as I have too many unique chargers floating around already. The kit also comes with a white plastic comb that I hadn’t seen before. The instructions for the clippers are quite extensive, but there was nothing about the white comb. But a quick search revealed that it’s a “fading comb”, and there are You Tube videos showing how it is used. Overall, this is a great kit and an excellent value for two rechargeable clippers plus all of the extras. ... show more
