    • Stopped working after less than a year.
I did like this trimmer for the most part, using it every once in a while. perhaps once per month, but it HAS STOPPED WORKING, not sure if I bought the warranty on this thing, the charger button "recedes" to the inside when I try to plug it in, and it won't charge because of this reason. I am upset because of this. I hope they offer me a replacement or something. ... show more

So my biggest gripe is that the information on the device claims the moving blades are ceramic, and they are most definitely BRASS (or at least played brass over another metal). This wouldn't be an issue if the product information reflected that, rather than having pictures of a black ceramic blade, then sending you a straight up metal blade. Bait and swap! That was one of the selling points I purchased it for, and it was a lie. No, there is no replacement. And it tells you on manual it is stainless steel. If they disclosed that beforehand I probably would have given more stars. Otherwise: The Good: It's semi-compact. Not so tiny as to be weird to hold, not so big and bulky either. Decent slimish design. USB charged, great feature. Good for travel for that reason. Does a good job lining up for the most part. Easy to control, just don't take too long or the vibration will getcha! The cut is above average. But still not what I am looking for. I have thick mostly coarse facial hair. I honestly hate trimming and shaving because most devices pull or pinch, or make it hard to shape because the cut isn't close enough. This device does not negate me using a regular razor by any means. It will still still tug on problem spots for me. And though it cuts better than the standard cheap crap from your local store, it's far from being called amazing. But not nearly as close a shave as the ad suggests. No carry case or any way to store it. Not a huge deal, As people who would use these have a case or two, but worth noting. Button on bottom (it's actually a switch), I would have gone for the usual spot in the middle of the hand personally. Little annoying but it works. No adjustments. This is 1 speed only. Overall, factoring the price to usefulness ratio, it's not terrible. Worth it for a compact travel kit, or for those who don't have thick facial hair all over. Would have been a 4 if not for the false advertising. I will still be on the search for better. But keep this as a solid backup ... show more

These little trimmers are amazing. Very precise, very easy to maneuver, and incredibly sharp. I’ve used them to trim up my beard, clean up the hairline (edge up), & even fade the back sides. For the price, best you’re going to get. Great on kinky curly hair so straight hair should be no sweat. As far as the battery life I’ve only used them for a maximum of 45 minutes in one setting. This trimmers okay it’s something you’d probably want to upgrade because of the power. Me personally I’d rather have something else with more power, still has a good amount of power to trim off hairs n whatever you wanna trim off. But other then that the trimmers good and does the job.

probabkly one of the bst trimmers ive bought considering the price and the power of the blade fresh out of the box. It worked excellent on my beard however when i went to shave my balls the hair got tangled and i had to spend a bit of time undoing the ungodly knot of hair stuck in the motor bit. Just be aware if your hair is on the longer side. If you are considering purchasing this item i say go for it you wont be disappointed.
