Absolutely disappointed. I guess if your hair is already full, it's great for grooming to a desired shape. If you are looking for close shave shaping where your beard or mustache is already close, this unit Does Not get that fine close trim as portrayed in the advertisement. Your best bet is stick with a straight razor or manual razor for close hair removal... The other issue is that you have to go slow using the trimmer because it pulls and binds the hair causing a little pain from hair pull. Let the cutting head do the job as you move along the trim line. The rating is only reflective of my expectations and desired results. Overall, I like the design and ease of use. Griping is great and balance is fine. Not a bad price for knocking down moderately grown facial hair... I did not use on my head ad it is bald. The fine New growth on a bald head was not able to be removed by this unit.... Good Luck! ... show more

Item was Used. Like hey let me make sure it works before I sell it to a customer. It had hair and dead skin all over. This is my 1st time ever having a problem like this. I'm so disappointed. No telling whose bacteria I just touched yet along covid.
