    • Magnets aren't quite as strong as they maybe should be

I got these ones and another brand with round ends at the same time. These guys look very nice but are more suited to light sheer curtains than the light blocking drapes I put on them. They tend to slide down the door that they're on. Also the plastic ends are cheap and will soon become brittle and fall aoart I give them 5 years max, which sucks, because this plastic isn't the kind you can recycle so it'll wind up in a landfill. The kind with the round circular magnets is stronger hold but still cheap plastic. The rod part is metal and sturdy. Shame that people don't make things to last these days. ... show more

We used to hang the hand & dish towels on our oven door handle. If I was baking anything in the oven I would have to remove the towels so they would not drag along the floor.
