I purchased this product and received it yesterday. I used it on the pillows 30 mins before laying in bed. I'm not sure if my son and husband were extremely tired but I know that within about 20 mins of my son laying down with tossing and turning to get a comfortable spot while watching some tv he knocked out all on his own. As for my husband, he laid down and within a few mins all I heard was snoring hahaha. So if it was the spray then it really works wonders, but we will see what happens tonight.. ... show more

It smells strongly like alcohol. It also leaves a weird after-smell that’s like cooking food (in a bad way). But the initial smell is nice and very relaxing. Made me sleepy within minutes.

I thought it was a mouth spray, but when I read the instructions I realized that it is put on the pillow and sheets I thought it wouldn't work and hooo surprise, I'm sleeping very well. Excellent

I don't like the smell of this spray. I sprayed it, waited a few minutes and it was bad smell and very peppery! I had to spray some Febreze over the area befor I could lay down. Definitely returning this!
