Nice skins but they seemed to be slightly thicker than expected. Also I'm not the best at art work so it was a bit difficult for me to apply. Good if you are above average with art skills. Its best if you measure before cutting and cut small pieces for uneven surfaces. Over all a good purchase but it took me some time putting on a scope and ar 10 drum magazine. Almost sure that one packet won't be enough for a whole rifle. ... show more

This is the second that I have bought for using with an AR15. I finished mine and a friend wanted me to work on his AR15 with multicam. I didn't mind, made some extra money doing it. When applying the film it takes some attention to detail. It all depends on what a person's expectations are. You want a $150 paint job? Buy a spray gun, and the paint and the time cleaning, etc. or send it to someone to get it painted. Or buy gearskin and do it yourself for less than $50. Don't like the job, just peel it off. If you buy the AR15 kit, there is not enough to finish the whole job. But buy this kit and there is plenty for the job, any mistakes, and plenty left over. ... show more

If you pay attention to the pic in the ad you'll notice the pattern is tiny. So tiny it doesn't match the normal multicam pattern. It goes on easy but does have a little shine to it. Don't confuse this with the higher quality product from Europe. This is just vinyl wrap.

I had fun with this... My only concern is how long it will last... But honestly, i have plenty of extra material, and may develop a habit of doing this... So reapplying and new patterns, aren't something I'm against... I was looking for a way to cook l customize my baby eagle, since you can't get hardly anything for them. Take your time, and disassemble your gun, including, removing your grips... It will look better with less trimmed edges. ... show more

This stuff is great! Put it on a Kel-tec RFB and it adheres nicely to all the plastic parts and stays on metal areas like the scope and even the barrel - after 500 7.62mm rounds in an afternoon there was no noticeable pealing, curling, etc. Do purchase brand new X-Acto blades to cut/shape without pulling off or stretching the skin. Also, don't cut in straight lines; it makes a noticeable seam that draws the eye and detracts for the camo effect. Cut jagged lines and/or follow the curves of the camo pattern and it will all blend nicely without obvious straight "jean seams" that stand out. ... show more
